Happy 4th of July

Lily got a couple of new outfits from “Grandma” Starr. This is one of them. Starr wanted to get her a firecracker outfit and this was the closest thing she could find. We think it works just fine.
We hope everyone has a great 4th and try not to blow and fingers off.
